  • Barber
    Professionals at Tulsa Tech's Barber Program will help you learn to cut, shampoo, color, and style hair as well as shave facial hair for customers, and provide scalp treaments and facial massages.
  • Cosmetologist
    Customer service is stressed as you learn to do permanent waving, chemical relaxing, styling, restructuring, cutting and coloring of hair, give smoothing and cleansing facials, or offer a relaxing manicure or pedicure for the grooming of nails.
  • Cosmetologoist - Practicing Master Instructor
    This major prepares students to become licensed cosmetology Master Instructors who provide new, up to date cosmetology skills and knowledge to cosmetology students. This course will also allow the Practicing Master Instructor to guide cosmetology students in providing five star customer service to customers. The practicing master instructor will teach cosmetology students how to communicate with customers and to be knowledgeable about the products they use and guide them on enhancing the customers personal appearance. Practicing master instructor students will receive classroom instruction and hands-on training in classroom set up, student behavior, record keeping and the role of the master instructor. Included is quality time with cosmetology students, teaching time in the classroom and teaching time on the clinic floor where the practicing master instructor will demonstrate various skills. To obtain state licensing, students must complete 500 hours of instruction and pass the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology written and practical exams.
  • Cosmetology
    Under the leadership of experience and skilled professionals, you will study the care of hair, skin and nails and develop your skills and personal style in a state-of-the-art facility working on actual clients.
  • Early Childhood Development
    You will have the opportunity to learn how young children develop and what is appropriate for each age group, while experiencing hands-on learning at Tulsa Tech’s innovative, on-site Early Childhood Center.
